Ottawa-ի Աշուղ՝ Նիկողոս Թաշճեան

Nigoghos Tashjian (1931- February 2022), was born in Syria but lived most of his life in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
He is known to be the Troubadour of Ottawa.

Since his childhood, he was very active in Armenian poetry and culture and during his long years in Ottawa, he has written numerous poems that address his experiences from his life and the Armenian culture in Canada.

He has been invited to numerous government and other gatherings to do special presentations of his poems.
